Thomas David Prichard - Impounding Licence

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Thomas David Prichard for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of Nant Castellau at National Grid Reference ST 0516385793 and ST 05125 85697. The object of impounding water by means of the works to create a new pond to provide drinking water for livestock. The capacity of the pond at overflow level will be 2828 cubic meters.
