Before you start

You need to tell us:

• about you or your organisation
• about the group leader
• what you want to do
• where you want to go and when
• how many people will be on site
• the year group or age range

Documents you need to upload

• A risk assessment

We will contact you if there are any reasons why your visit cannot go ahead. 

If your trip involves lighting fires, cutting or removing materials it can take up to 12 weeks to process your application. 

We will need:

• a map
• proof of public liability showing:
  
  • your name
  • cover dates
  • cover amount (minimum of £5 million)
• an emergency plan
