Coed y Brenin conference room

Welcome

Coed y Brenin made its name in the 1990s as Britain's first purpose-built mountain biking centre.

It also has walking and running trails through Coed y Brenin Forest Park.

The conference room is suitable for a variety of business meetings, events and activities.

It may also be hired for social events or for use by clubs and societies.

Conference room

The conference room holds up to 80 delegates.

It can accommodate various set-up styles including a meeting, a conference, a workshop or a social event. 

Please note:

  • We are not able to take responsibility for setting up the room.
  • You will be required to set up the room yourself. 
  • You do not need to change the room set-up at the end of your session.

Catering

Please note that catering is currently not available.  

Delegates can supply their own food and beverages but please remove all litter and food waste at the end of your booking.

Activities for delegates

Walking, running and mountain bike trails set off from the visitor centre car park.

Delegates can learn or improve their off-road riding skills in the skills area or you may want to book a mountain bike instructor.

Delegates can bring their own bike or hire one from the bike shop (advance booking is essential).

The conference room is accessible.

How to book

The conference room can be booked for a flat fee of £150 (full or half day).
