NOTICE OF REGULATORY DECISION

MARINE LICENCE FOR WORKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSMISSION ASSETS OF THE MONA OFFSHORE WIND PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) has taken its regulatory decision under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 as amended (“the EIA Regulations”) in respect of the above project.

In accordance with regulation 10 of the EIA Regulations NRW has decided to grant regulatory approval for the project subject to conditions being imposed.

The regulatory decision is available for public inspection on NRW’s public register or by emailing NRW at permittingconsultations@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk. You can search for the documents using the application reference number ORML2429T.

 If printed copies are requested, a charge not exceeding reasonable copying costs may be made. 

NRW is an appropriate authority under the EIA Regulations and has been delegated functions as the appropriate licensing authority by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
