Find out if your installation qualifies for a low impact Environmental Permit

You will need to apply for a bespoke permit if you fall within Schedule 1 of the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 (as amended).

You will also need to complete an OPRA spreadsheet to calculate your annual subsistence charge.
