Surrender (cancel) all or part of your flood risk activity permit

Use this service to surrender (cancel) all or part of your permit.

Your permit states if you can surrender your permit by notification or application.

Before you start

You need to know:

• the permit number
• the date the permit was issued
• where the work took place
• if you are surrendering all or part of your permit
• if you are notifying or applying to surrender your permit

If you are applying to surrender you will also need to know:

• any measures taken to mitigate risks like flooding, harm to the environment and impact on drainage 
• any measures you have taken to restore the site
