State of Natural Resources interim report 2019

The State of Natural Resources Report (SoNaRR) is our assessment of whether Wales is achieving the sustainable management of natural resources.

We use the best evidence to assess Wales' natural resources - air, land, water, wildlife, forests, fisheries, plants and soil.

We measure how well we're managing them in a sustainable way.

In this interim report, we focus on the main challenges to Wales' natural resources.

We outline two integrated opportunities to manage resources for the benefit of nature and people.

We identify gaps in the evidence and plans for how we might start filling those gaps.

The report sets out how the second state of natural resources report will develop in 2020.
