Responding to consultation feedback

We held a 12-week public consultation between October 2022 and January 2023, asking people to share their views and comment on our plans to update our charges for some of our permits and licences.

Following a review of the consultation feedback, we agreed several revisions to the charging schemes, which you can view in our consultation response on Citizen Space.

Consultation on the OPRA replacement tool for installations charges

Following consultation feedback on our proposed risk-banding tool for Installations permit applications, we have now launched a separate consultation to provide additional information for this area (tier 3 bespoke permits).

Consultation starts 21 August 2023 on our replacement for OPRA for Installations permit applications and runs until 12 November 2023. For more details, see our consultation.
